Our vision is to create a world where every child has access to activities and opportunities that teach teamwork, resilience, and community building. We believe that by investing in children, we are investing in the future.
Over the years, we have impacted the lives of countless children through our various programs.
Highlights include:
- Installed 4 dugouts at the Cochituate Park Ball Fields in Wayland, MA
- Awarded $20,000 in youth hockey scholarships
- Donated more than $10,000 to HockeyShot, a 501(c)3 organization that assists kids in need with hockey fees, equipment, and ice time.
- Funded equipment upgrades, team building activities, and uniforms for Middle and High School sports teams and groups: girls soccer, football, lacrosse, softball, gymnastics, girls and boys ice hockey, field hockey, volleyball, National Arts Society, and Student Theatre Ensemble.
- Helped fund the new Viglirolo Skating Rink in Belmont, MA
- Provided 100 underserved first graders with their own book at Sokolove School in Chelsea, MA. - Awarded more than 100 books to schools and libraries across Massachusetts

Build With Heart was our first capital improvement project which aimed to significantly improve a special part of Eliza's community: installing new dugouts, benches, and bat holders at the ballfields in Wayland, MA. We established gift levels that helped us reach our goals and these families and organizations will be a part of the EJNF family in perpetuity. Please visit our FAQ page for more information.
